To Recall a Batch of Invoices or Credit Notes

(Accountant Plus and Financial Controller only)

1.   From the batch data entry screen, click Recall.

Note: You can also recall your batch of invoices/credit notes by opening the Edit menu and choosing Recall.

The Recall window appears.

Note: If you have already entered information into the batch data entry window, you are prompted that if you continue any information you have already entered will be lost. If you want to overwrite the existing information, click Yes.

2.   Select the directory where your invoice/credit note template is stored, for example in your ACCDATA directory, and then locate the filename for your template.

3.   To load the template, click Open. If you do not want to recall the template, click Cancel.

The template appears in the batch data entry window and shows the saved data.

Note: If you have tried to load a template that was not created using the option you are currently using, a message appears informing you that you must select a different filename. For example, you cannot load a bank payment template into the batch invoice option.

4.   Make any changes to the batch invoice/credit notes and then save the batch of invoices/credit notes.

You have now recalled and edited your batch invoice/credit note template.
